She emphasized the importance of the above qualities. Later she conducted a balloo activity for the faculty and through the activity she explained the importance of listening skills.

The focus of the discussion was taking a proactive approach to preventing and resolving the problem of ragging in institutions.

The Orientation Program on Anti Ragging was held on 02 Aug 2023 in Dr Prem Chandra Sagar Auditorium, DSI Campus. The lecture was delivered by Vice Principal of DSCASC Prof. Hemanth Uppala to the Students of BCA First Year. Prof. Hemanth Uppala in his address to the students spoke about the origin and menace of Ragging in India and the different spheres to it. He also explained the legal consequences of involvement in such activities. He also reiterated that anyone who is actively or passively, or is a part of a conspiracy to promote ragging, is liable to be punished.

ISR Cell organized an Internship program on “Education transformation through teacher empowerment leading to learning-ETTELL” envisioned by Sathya Educare competency Trust, Bangalore students visited Swami Vivekananda Vidya Kendra, Hoskote on February 17th 2022 as part of the project students were involved in conducting MCQ based exams, correcting answer scripts, Data Entry and error analysis of diagnostic test, day ended with fun and cultural events with the kids.

Summary:Department of Computer Applications (BCA), DSCASC organized a Technical Talk on Automata Theory on 13th June 2023. Automata are used as finite representations of formal languages that may be infinite. Automata are often classified by the class of formal languages they can recognize, as in the Chomsky hierarchy, which describes a nesting relationship between major classes of automata. Automata play a major role in compiler construction, artificial intelligence, parsing and formal verification. Finally the session concluded with clearing students' doubts.
